TELEPHONE

Mobile coverage in the area is fine so you shouldn't have any problems. We are working in a large open plan area and the space is large so calls will not be a problem. However, there are no private rooms available so I would suggest you avoid planning any confidential calls.

TEA AND COFFEE

Cafetières and pots of tea will be available at pre-arranged times during the morning and afternoon. This will be FREE for the first event and thereafter we will operate a kitty system.

LUNCH

Lunch at the LAUNCH EVENT will be FREE courtesy of Ludlow Food Centre.

Subsequent events will require a committment for booked and catered lunch and refreshments from Ludlow Food Centre at a cost of £10 per head payable on the day - who wouldn't want this!

PARKING 

Plentiful FREE parking onsite. It would be helpful if we could park on the right hand side at the top as you enter to allow shoppers and cafe users to park nearer the facilities - don't worry you'll still be very close!
