Previous JELLY TALKS

Friday, March 13th, 2009: Naveen Selvadurai (FourSquare http://playfoursquare.com ) and Amy Hoy (Twistori http://twistori.com)

  • You've probably already come across Amy's beautiful live stream of twitter, Twistori. Naveen's new app FourSquare is built in collaboration with Dennis Crowley, and it's a successor the famous (and recently killed) Google acquisition, Dodgeball. They'll be visiting Jelly Austin to talk about twitter, location-enabled mobile apps, and their latest projects.

Friday, Feb 13th, 2009: Guy Kawasaki (Managing Director, Garage Technology Ventures, Founder, AllTop.com, Published author)

  • Many of you know Guy as Apple's first Evangelist, the author of Rules for Revolutionaries and The Art of the Start, or founder of AllTop. His new book, Reality Check focuses on practical tips for entrepreneurs. He'll be visiting Jelly San Francisco to talk about about entrepreneurship and share his tips for networking, creating community, raising money, and more. @guykawasaki

Friday, Jan 30th, 2009: Chris Messina (Board member, OpenID) and Dave Morin (Senior Platform Manager, Facebook)
  • Chris and Dave will visit Jelly San Francisco to talk about the relative benefits of OpenID and Facebook Connect. Learn why you should be using these tools for login on your site and how to get up and running quickly!
